Training session and the first sponsor
The cart needs to be tested thoroughly - and the shoes needs to be worn in. Todays training session offered a couple of steep hills and 12km (about 7,5 miles) as well as beautiful weather.
Good to know now that the shoulder straps of the harness needs to be extra padded (annoying to find out when you're already in Norway).
All in all it's a good idea to test the equipment before starting on a 8500km (approx. 5300 miles) walk.
Also did some testing of the solarcharger and battery and they Work beautifully - which Means that there will be enough power all the way and more than enough to keep a labtop running for quite some time. That Means that the diary can be updated every day as promised :-)
Speaking of the labtop - that was one of the things I needed a sponsor for. THANK YOU Dorte (sister in law) and to my Brother as well. This Means a lot to me :-)
